Konsekuensi Burnout dan Dukungan Organisasi Terhadap Turnover Intention di PT Ungaran Sari Garments

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, karakteristik pekerjaan, dan konflik pekerjaan keluarga terhadap burnout, serta pengaruh burnout yang dimoderasi oleh persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap turnover instruction pada PT. Pakaian Ungaran Sari Kabupaten Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT. Ungaran Sari Garments mempunyai karyawan kurang lebih 20.000 orang, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 205 responden, dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa beban kerja dan konflik pekerjaan keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap burnout, sedangkan karakteristik pekerjaan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap burnout. Dan burnout berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover turnover. Dan dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan dapat memoderasi hubungan antara burnout dengan niat berpindah ke arah negatif dan signifikan
