About the Journal

 Journal of Management and Culture is a journal registered ISSN 2774-6704 (Online), ISSN: 2775-1643 (Print) that publishes the results of research in the field of study of organizational and management, organizational behavior, social, cultural, and educational management. 
Jurnal Manajemen dan Budaya is a journal that develops qualitative, empirical and theoretical approaches to comprehensively examine the phenomena of management, organizational culture and related social phenomena.
This journal specifically offers papers that use a qualitative approach with ethnographic, critical and interpretive research types, as practiced in disciplines such as organizational studies, communication, media and culture, which go beyond description and use data to advance theoretical reflection.
This journal publishes articles that have gone through a plagiarism check process, peer-reviewed and publishes high-quality original research on the disciplines of management and culture including organizational management, organizational behavior, organizational culture and leadership.
This journal is open-access for anyone who wants to contribute to either Islamic Education management experts or observers of the world of Education.
