Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara job stress, organizational support, dan work-life balance terhadap burnout pada karyawan melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review. Proses seleksi literatur dilakukan melalui basis data Google Scholar, ScienceDirect dan Taylor & Francis Online dengan kata kunci “job stress”, “organizational support”, “work-life balance” dan “burnout”. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar penelitian menempatkan job stress sebagai faktor utama penyebab burnout, terutama pada sektor kesehatan, pendidikan, dan jasa perhotelan yang memiliki intensitas kerja tinggi. Dukungan organisasi yang berupa empati pimpinan, komunikasi efektif, serta pengakuan atas kinerja karyawan terbukti mampu meningkatkan resilience dan menurunkan kelelahan emosional. Di sisi lain, kebijakan organisasi yang mendukung keseimbangan kerja-hidup seperti jam kerja fleksibel, sistem kerja hybrid, serta cuti dan program kesejahteraan karyawan yang manusiawi menjadi strategi paling efektif dalam menekan tingkat burnout. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa burnout bukan semata akibat tekanan individu, tetapi juga hasil dari kebijakan organisasi yang kurang adaptif terhadap kebutuhan psikologis karyawan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu mengintegrasikan kebijakan fleksibilitas kerja, dukungan atasan yang empatik, dan program kesejahteraan psikologis untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang sehat, produktif, dan berkelanjutan.
