All articles published on Alifbata: Journal of Basic Education are published in full open access. In order to provide free access to readers and improve our journal management system, and to cover the costs of peer review, copyediting, long-term archiving, and journal management, as of 2024, an article processing fee (APC) of IDR 250,000.00 applies to papers received after peer review paid by authors or their institutions. These fees include:

a) Twelve (12) pages of standard manuscript. An additional fee will be charged for each additional page.

b) DOI registration for each paper.

c) Check the similarity of the final article with the app

A waiver or partial waiver will be available for the submission of an author's paper from a country outside of at least 2 authors, or an invitation writer decided by the editor if there is a lack of funds, excessive length of the submitted manuscript, or any other reasonable reason provided by the author during the submission. The author must clearly state that he or she requests a waiver in the comments to the Editor's box during his submission. Waivers are most likely to be rejected if not requested at this stage. Neglect will have no effect on the results of the review.

Translation Fee (Indonesian to English)

Manuscripts submitted to this journal can be written in Indonesian. If the decision of the review process is accepted for publication, the article will be translated into English by the translation team  of Alifbata: Journal of Basic Education. Therefore, the author will be charged a translation fee.
