2. These findings have previously been published elsewhere without cross-reference and proper permission or justification (i.e., cases of over-publication).

3. This constitutes plagiarism.

4. It reports unethical research.

5. The revocation mechanism follows the Publication Ethics Committee (COPE) Revocation Guidelines, which can be accessed at https://publicationethics.org.

Withdrawal of Manuscript

Authors are not allowed to withdraw submitted manuscripts because such withdrawals are a waste of valuable resources so editors and referees spend a lot of time processing submitted manuscripts and works invested by publishers.

Suppose the author still requests the withdrawal of the manuscript when the manuscript is still in the peer-review process. In this case, the author will be punished by paying the publisher IDR 5,000,000.00 per manuscript as a withdrawal penalty. However, it is unethical to withdraw a manuscript submitted from one journal if it is accepted by another journal.

Withdrawal of manuscripts after the manuscript is accepted for publication, authors will be penalized by paying IDR 7,000,000.00 per manuscript. Withdrawal of manuscripts is only allowed after the Publisher has paid the withdrawal penalty in full. If the author does not agree to pay the fine, the author and his affiliates will be blacklisted for publication in this journal. His previously published articles will be removed from our online system.
